I graduated in Literary Translation in Brussels and work as a translator and proofreader with both translation agencies and direct clients from Italy and the rest of Europe.

ABOUT ME
My name is Federica and I was born in Treviso, Italy. I graduated in Literary Translation from the École de Traduction et Interprétation ISTI-Cooremans in Brussels, Belgium, where I lived and studied for five years. I currently live in Berlin, where I continue working as a freelancer.
Every day I deal with the fascinating and dynamic world of translation, handling editorial, tourist and artistic projects as well as technical and IT-related ones. I have worked with publishing houses, associations and international organisations, but also with translation agencies based in various European countries and since 2019 I have been part of the PaP - Parola ai Professionisti network of translators and interpreters.

TECHNICAL AND MARKETING TRANSLATION
My clients are translation agencies as well as manufacturing companies and local businesses in Italy and the rest of Europe that want to reach an international audience. I mainly translate business documents, digital content, blog posts and newsletters for them.
I am specialised in marketing and communication translation, with a focus on technical and terminological accuracy.
I also work on the localisation of e-commerce, apps and websites and their search engine optimisation (SEO), as well as working with NGOs, associations and the tourism industry.
I use CAT tools, including SDL Trados Studio 2021 and XTM.
